About this website
This website has two key functions:
- To deliver information relating to rural development in Northumberland, through a wealth of 'open-access' content contained within these pages - including News; Events; Grants & Funding Information; Documents; Useful Links and our Organisation Directory
- To provide innovative online networking tools to facilitate knowledge sharing, discussion and debate, delivered via The Network, which is a members-only area of the site. The Network includes the following features:
- Community Networks - Everyone who joins The Network becomes a member of a Community Network. Whether you're interested in a specific area of Northumberland, or have a more Northumberland-wide interest, there's a Community Network for you.
- Groups - Any member of Rural Voices can create their own special interest group. Use our simple tools to set up and manage your own online area - for free - which can be accessed by other members of Rural Voices.
- Discussions - Vibrant discussion lies at the heart of what The Network is about. The Community Networks and Groups all contain discussion forums, so go ahead and have your say!
